A trough moving through late on the evening of the 5th December produced several high-based thunderstorms in SA. The first storms hit Adelaide about 12.30am on the 6th December, with further storms around 2.30am and 4.30am.

I photographed the first line from Dave's place at Walkley Heights, we then drove down the coast to Brighton for the next storm, and I was back at home for the last 2 photos from the storm at 4.30am.
